Chad is simply the most honest businessman I've ever met! I've been back since my original review and have had nothing but positive experiences with him and his staff. He really values his customers and it's hard to find someone nowadays you can trust, and to be as honest as Chad. They're a busy shop, so for quick oil changes, etc., I'll use another service, but anything else, I go first to AAMCO and Chad. I'm a customer for life!
Took my Ford Escape there last week. Originally took it to the dealership and they wanted an arm and a leg for an oil leak. It was a big job because of where it was leaking from but we saved AT LEAST 25% at Aamco. Crazy how much dealerships over charge. Richard was really informative even saved the old part to show me exactly what was causing the leaks. Then called after I picked it up to make sure everything was working good. I highly recommend this place!
I had taken my navigator to another mechanic who did not fix the issue. I believed the issue was transmission related since it depended on the gear I was in but after taking it to the experts, AAMCO, I found out it was not, they fixed my issue at a fair and reasonable price and even did a rush on it when I explained my time constraints. Highly recommend this branch. Ps, there is an enterprise rental next door if you need to rent a car. I highly recommend them also from prior experience.
The best service and honest people I have ever met. I was from out of the area and they were honest with was wrong with my car. Absolutely recommend Aamco in Chino.
Chad, Thank you so much!! I though my car was dead, it sputtered and obviously it is an older car and well used. I thought it was my transmission and took the car other places, people all seemed confused about what the real issue was.
Chad saved me!! I had various quotes given to me for the same service at other places and Aamco delivered a quality service at a reasonable cost. Other places wanted to charge me double. Chad provided the best and most trustworthy service I have ever had, he was the most honest and friendly mechanic I've every encountered. I cannot recommend him enough. He was professional and got the job done the same day. Not only that, he was completely honest and did not try to find extra things to charge me for. I thought I needed new brakes but it turned out that mine were ok. They guys at AAMCO resurfaced my break pads and got rid of my noise at no charge. Chad is awesome and honest.
When I had problems with my S-10, oil leak due to rear main seal. I 1st took my trk to 2 different shops. Was so frustrated due to price. Told my son in law who lives in the east coast of my frustration, who said "Ma, you take your truck only to AAMCO." So located the nearest AAMCO to Ontario. I found Chad Ferrell on 5390 Riverside Dr., Chino, CA. This man Chad & his crew @ AAMCO are the best, ever !!!! Have told all my friends about super job & super shop !!!
I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 engine automatic transmission. The truck was brought in for an issue with the transmission. When put in reverse it would be hesitant and jerk at times and in drive was the same issue. I remember AAMCO being close to my children's school so when I decided to bring it in for repairs I was comfortable that I brought my vehicle to the right place. Dropped it off Friday morning by Monday morning they had diagnosed the issue detailed what parts were needed and the cost involved. By Wednesday morning the truck was ready. The staff was great and the manager was awesome. The truck has been running strong. I'm very happy with the service and I highly recommend AAMCO in Chino ,Ca. Thank you, Fernando Madrid

I did the unthinkable....I put regular gas in my diesel car and was devastated. I believe the Lord lead me there. Rick was so calm and understanding reassuring me we all make mistakes and he would do all he could to help me. Had my car towed on Monday and Tuesday the job was done. I am sooo grateful and impressed by the work and how quick i got my car . Finding a good mechanic is difficult to find. Again thank you Rick and anyone else that worked on my car.
